MSHA Law Institute Coming to South Dakota
SafePro, Inc. is bringing their MSHA Law Institute to South Dakota, to benefit the mine operators and miners of AGC-SD HHU Chapter. This comprehensive 3-day learning experience will include a presentation and review of 30 CFR - the Mine Safety & Health Standards enforced by Federal MSHA.
The Institute also presents the Rights and Responsibilities of the Mine Operator and Miners. This Institute elevates the awareness of mine operators and miners, enabling them to 1) provide a safe and healthful workplace, and 2) enable mine operators to protect themselves and their operations.
