2012 Legislative Dinner

Join us for the 2012 Legislative Dinner!

Make plans today to join us during this annual event and help deliver an important message to South Dakota Legislators about the highway funding crisis. Busses will be provided from Sioux Falls & Rapid City And will be filled on a first come, first served basis!

2012 MSHA Law Institutes

 3-Day MSHA Law Institute, facilitated by Frank Adkins of SafePro, Inc. Detailing specifics of the Mine Act of 1977 and revisions, as well as navigating 30 CFR (MSHA Safety & Health Standards). The Institutes are comprised of immersion into the Act and the Standards, in lecture/demonstration/workshop format.

Participants will leave the Institute with enhanced knowledge and ability to understand and protect their rights under the Act. They will also better understand their responsibilities under the Act. 2012 State Convention a BIG HIT

The annual AGC/LICA Convention wrapped up on January 11th! The convention was held at the Ramkota in Sioux Falls, SD. More than 320 registrant enjoyed exhibitors, top-notch speakers and informative meetings. It was a great time to gather together as one big construction family. Thank you to all that attended and helped make it so successful!
